A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Druckplan GmbH, Dr. Skala Straße 3-5, 1210 Vienna, Austria, Tel.: +43 (1) 928 21 90 01, Email: support@druckplan.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, which is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
General Notes
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
